Pixels Movie Review

Pixels (PG-13)

Length:- 106 min.

"Pixels" was supposed to be sci-fi comedy film involved a special kind of a alien attack based on games of 1980's. As it was expected and looking from the trailer that film will be a good watchable dramatic experience. But it turns out to be the other way around. "Pixels" is literally very boring movie from the beginning itself. It is  unable to create realistic characters. For the most part the film looks a bit cartoonish. Although it might make a little sense the way movie proceeds but it was a believable experience that this is actually happening. Most it has ingredients which could be interesting for the kids.

"Pixels" also works at a very low level like the way computer games attacks different parts of the world and do the damage but the damages aren't much bigger. The disasters or attacks are mostly on a very smaller scale. That's what makes it so less interesting. Very few people may be in danger when the alien based games attack on the different parts of the earth. Mostly the actors looks like they become puppet in front of the generic execution of the plot. The whole idea becomes obsolete when the film never comes with something extraordinary until last moment.
