Hunger Games: Catching fire is the second installment is a Sci-Fi Adventure film based on the novel by Suzanne Collins. In the second installment Hunger games has more breathtaking moments than the first one. It’s visually spectacular with some of the good action scenes. Although moments in the film are not that scary as it claims to be. Players fighting with deadly monkeys’ is thrilling shot. Much longer in length, makes you hold your seat for a longer time. Jennifer Lawrence is the soul reason to watch this film. This 23 year old actress gives a terrific performance which makes the movie even more watchable.

After winning 74th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) & Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) returns to their home and rejoice for their victory. People has built up some hope in their mind with these winners. But the creator and President of these Games Plutarch Heavensbee (Philip Seymour Hoffman) & Coriolanus Snow (Donald Sutherland) believe to that Katniss needs to be eliminated because of people’s hope with her. Therefore, they makes a new rule to call out the previous winners to play with each other in the 75th Hunger Games. Whether Katniss & Peeta would be able to win the Hunger Games this year?

If you haven’t watched the last film of the Hunger Games it’s not too hard for you to understand what’s going on here? There are so many characters in this installment which makes it hard to understand who has survived and who is being killed? Josh Hutcherson is unable convince with his acting skills, which is ad. Liam Hemsworth makes an impression in a small part itself. Catching Fire ends with a twist to make you feel starving for the next installment.

Verdict: - Nice
